Kenya Airways

Kenya Airways will be increasing its Kenya-Seychelles schedule from two to three flights per week, effective Tuesday, 17 April, 2012, according to the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority.

Kenya Airways’ three flights per week, linking Nairobi and the Seychelles International Airport on Mahé, will be on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and will depart Nairobi at 0905 hours to arrive in Seychelles at 1320 hours. The Kenya Airways flight will leave Seychelles the same day at 1410 hours to arrive Nairobi at 1620 hours. Kenya Airways is part of the Sky Team and is affiliated with KLM-Air France.

This latest announcement of a third frequency between the two countries opens greater air access and more options for Seychelles.

“This is very good news for Seychelles, as Kenya Airways is part of an airline global alliance. Kenya Airways remain the longest-serving carrier to the Seychelles, even longer than Air Seychelles,” said Alain St.Ange, the newly-appointed Seychelles Minister for Tourism and Culture.
