‘Melodi Divin - Mon Lavi I Dan Mal’ is the title of a new album that explores the difficulties that the country is currently going through.

It is the work of ‘Jakim’, a young artiste whose popularity has grown rapidly over the years since the launch of his debut album called ‘Red, Gold and Green’ released over 7 years ago. This new album, his fourth altogether, came out this week. It contains 14 reggae tracks with strong lyrics and messages of love and hope.

According to the singer, this new production comes as a consolation to many people whom he feels are disappointed and frustrated with life. At the same time it seeks to propose solutions to the problems affecting everybody. He says that the contents of his album have been greatly influenced by painful experiences that people have conveyed to him in many ways.

Also featured on this album are household names such as Mercenary, Red –I, Marathon Man and Ras Ricky. Jakim invites all music fans to check out his new album.
