HOUSING PROJECT AT THE BBC RELAY STATION!??????

The decision to proceed with the development of the site near the BBC relay station by the government to built residential apartments to meet housing needs is indeed serious and very dangerous.

According to a government source the decision has also been taken to roof 26 units being built there with concrete tiles instead of corrugated iron sheets as would normally be the case, because the British Broadcasting Corporation has advised that the metallic cover would severely interfere with the radio signals being discharged by the station.

This is in fact not the only concern of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) about the development of this site on the doorsteps of the BBC, relay station. Experts in the field of radiation have already warned the government that powerful electromagnetic signals from the station are a possible risk to the health of the people living in the immediate area. The government has ignored all warnings showing a lack of consideration for the health of the people already living there - And for the people who will occupy these facilities after the completion of the project. It is not known if a study has been conducted to identify the causes of serious medical conditions of the people already living in the area. There are already evidence that there is a high rate of cancer and abnormal births amongst the residence of Barbarons, residing near the BBC relay station.

Internationally there are concerns that radio transmitters are causing cancer and other serious illnesses. Only recently, hundreds of Italian took to the streets outside the Vatican to demand that the transmitters are shut down. The protesters were claiming that radio transmitters from the Vatican Radio transmitters near their village are causing leukaemia in local children. The Italian Government has already threatened to cut off the radio station’s power supplies if the electromagnetic emissions are not reduced. The Italian Environment Minister Willer Bordon has said levels have been measured at three times the Italian legal limit for electromagnetic radiation during an evening broadcasting.

It is the responsibility, entirely, of President Michel to see to it that the health of the people being asked to occupy the housing units being built near the BBC relay station are not exposed to risks excessive to the normal legal limit.
